Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.: Our Offices are closed from 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m. for lunch. Appointments should be made in advance. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give us at least a 24-hour notice so that we may schedule someone else who needs to be seen.
Telephone Calls: When calling the office please explain the nature of your problem to the office assistant. This message will be relayed to a member of the medical staff who will call back with an answer. Time in the day has been set aside to call back patients with medical questions. In the morning medical staff will call from 11:00 a.m. to noon and in the afternoon from 4:00 to 4:30 p.m. If it is an emergency, every effort will be made to direct your call immediately to the appropriate personnel.
